About Us

Inspired Projects

We are a family owned business, operated by Dan Murray and his wife Roxy Roth and inspired by their son Theo. Dan initially started his own business so that he could work locally, instead of traveling out of town, while raising our family in the Shuswap. Theo, now a toddler, eagerly waits for his dad to bring him on truck rides or to show him how the latest tools work.

With more than 10 years of experience in residential and commercial project management, Dan has a keen eye for detail and a diverse skill set in landscaping, woodworking, carpentry and construction.

Inspired Massage

Dan has also completed his training in Shiatsu + Thai Massage and Raynor Technique in Australia, a skill he has continued to use over the past 15 years. Recently he has felt called back to being a part of working with people in their health journey on a more regular basis.

From Dan’s therapeutic massage you can expect an intuitive approach that includes deep tissue relief, shiatsu and percussion techniques, tailored to your individual body and ailments. Call/text Dan at 250-515-0846 to book.

In The Groove Studio

For the past 15 years, Roxy has also had the honour of working with families as a Music Educator and Music Therapist. Find out more about programs for all ages at inthegroove.ca.

At Home

At home Dan and Roxy enjoy reading and exploring the outdoors with their toddler as they hike, kayak, camp and ski throughout BC. Dan also volunteers with the Salmon Arm Road Rescue, and they both are actively involved with the Salmon Arm Folk Music Society.

With deep local roots, we are honoured to serve Salmon Arm and the Shuswap area in a variety of ways.
